Download Product problem

Hi friends,
i have a musical site. in my site the customers try to download an album.but during the download, power fluctuation happened.so max. products download was expired. How do i deliver the downloadable products to customer ? is there any way in zencart ?

When adding downloadable product (See Attached) you have to specify how long it is good for and how many times they can download the product file.

You can edit your attributes and set this to where you would like to set it.

But when you say power fluctuation happened I am not totally sure what you mean by this term.

But you can edit the product attribute to let them download more then once. It is located at the bottom of the page in your attribute controller for that product.

As for already purchased customers edit the attribute then email your customer telling them the product is available after you have tested yourself working.

Forgot to mention you have to specify the name of the download file as well for example.

You have to upload the file to your downloads folder and put the exact name of that file into that product for example

elvis-loves-rock-roll.zip put this entire folder name into the Filename: field

Then set the Expiry days: (0 = unlimited)

Then Maximum download count:

Then save. Once you have done this login as a customer and test the download.

I am not aware of an easier way to do this other then to manually edit them. There is a bulk uploader mod but I am not 100% sure it can do what you are asking.

i clearly explain my probem

1. customer purchase an album
2.admin flip it as delivered from admin side.
3. album zip file will be downloaded when customer click the "Download link"
4. During the download power failiure happened.
5. Again customer login his account and and saw his download count (it was zero)

This is my problem .without increasing downloadable count ,is there any solution?

By the way what is the download count you have set and for how long?
