How can country selection be disabled?

It works great on 1.3.7

But I believe you will need to replace the files if you want to reverse it can any one tell me otherwise.

Hi everyone,

I just used the following SQL statement to remove countries from the database.

delete from countries where countries_iso_code_2 not in ('GB', 'US');

I backed up the database and still held my breath while doing it though

The SQL statement worked great and it's (I'm sure) a lot better than trying to delete things one by one.
