I have a question im trying to do a dummy purchase of a gift voucher however the only payment option available for it is paymate and i want to be able to offer internet banking (direct deposit) what do i need to do? They are all activated but only showing paymate.

Hi I need some advice about my gift certificate issue.

In the CP I have the image Gift Queue and under that I have a message saying 1 pending approval. Which is always there however when clicking on the image there is no gift certificate to be released.

I sold a couple of certs yesterday and they released fine and are in the customers account ready for spending.

The one that's always there appears to have been one in a very early test account which has been deleted and I think this is the reason, it cant find it and cant apply it..So it's hovering somewhere in the DB waiting for some magic purge command.

Can anyone help with this.

You can check the table coupon_gv_queue in phpMyAdmin and see if you see a GV that is marked release_flag N that may not be attached to a valid customer_id ...

This would result in seeing the GIFT Queue button but then not seeing it on the list in the Gift Certificates Queue gv_queue page of the Admin ...

Also I had to move server recently and I have had a few issues, one of them being the fatal error below which has only left the top 3 options in the Order total module.

Fatal error: Call to a member function format() on a non-object in /home/httpd/vhosts/adulttoys4u.com.au/httpdocs/shop/includes/modules/order_total/ot_gv.php on line 49

Moving to yet another server has fixed all this so the site flies appear to be ok, what setting would cause this at server level.
The zen cart is 138a and the PHP used returning the fault was 5.2.9 I have been moved to 5.2.3. As I am here on a temp base to check if the server is causing it, I would like to know how to get over this problem.

phpMyAdmin is accessed from your Control Panel on your domain ...

If you are unsure how to get to it, contact your hosting provider for instructions in using your Control Panel ...

Is that the server 5.2.9 should have the PHP 5.3 updates?
