Hi Everyone,

OK got new problem which is totally weird. Any help will be appreciated.

I have moved the Ezpages on the drop down menu to be by itself rather than part of the information box as it looks neater and it makes it easier when you have a lot of pages. That works fine and the links are shown properly.

The problem is that for some strange reason all the ezpages are showing up in the New Products Sidebox as well. I have tried but I can not figure it out why it is doing that.

Just look at the right hand column near the end. Any help will be great

I want to do exactly the same as you - how did you get the ezpages seperate from the information?
and how would I remove the information pages from the top menu altogether as I don't want the information pages on the top bar (would prefer them only on the side).

Sussed it - for anyone else who wants to seperate the EZPAGES from INFORMATION or to remove INFORMATION you make changes in tpl_drop_menu.php which is in \includes\templates\apple_zen\common

I have turned off all the column boxes under tools/ layout boxes controller panel. Also, under configuration/layout settings set the global column status to zero. What have I missed?!!

Ok, I figured out how to remove the EZ-Pages from listing on the Info menu, now how to create new menu with just EZ Pages?

Ok, I have answered my own question. They grey background for the right hand column is an image found in images/content_bg.gif.

I am creating a new apple zen template and need to change the bkgd colour of the page. I have managed to change the main body of the page but cant find where to update the header, any ideas anyone on how to make the background of my header black?

Hello forum
I would like to remove the last two easy page items from the drop-down menu. You can see it at shop.nilandsplace.com/radio/
I have tried turning them off for the side box in the

EZ-Pages Select a page ...

but this then turns off the side box that I do want. It seems no mater what I do there is at least two of the last side-boxes information links in the drop-down menu. I am using the latest zen cart. I took a look at

/includes/modules/sideboxes/apple_zen/information.php

but I have no idea what I am doing.

I picked some different caractures from a character browser like wingdings. I would be easier than rewriting code, You need to put the windings in as a expression in Admin>configuration>Layout Settings> Mine is a down pointing arrow head.

Categories Separator between the Category Name and Sub Categories |_ 

" |_&nbsp"
you will need to access the character map
For Linux this has to be added to your menu, for windoze it is under start>Accessories>System tools

My characters are ▼

 &#9660'semicolon'

were " " is a space and &#9660'semicolon' is the symbol. I had to type out some of the charters to keep this reply from just showing the symbol in this reply
