My attributes dropdown is not adding criterias? Anyone please help?

Thanks Kobra. I have been through this tutorial and does not solve my problem, the dropdown or attributes is not adding. Checkbox, text, is working fine. Could this be something am not seeing here?

All other options names are working fine apart from the dropdown.

I have been in touch with template monster and they admit that the dropdown is not working and needed to be customized by adding additional script. This i have no clue on how to proceed. Is there any assistance available please?

If they broke this functionality then they would know the code responsible - or should
As it would not be any default ZenCart code, we have no idea what they have done
