Product Search is not working

HI there
I don' know why the search function on my website is not working. my site is
www.bagreplica4u.com
when i search the model number of products say M95717 , it didn't pull out the products, instead , it displayed the following info:
At least one of the fields in the search form must be entered.
I am pretty sure the products exists and it worked on my other site, i never get this problem before.
any suggestion will be highly appreciated. thanks in advance!

But search function in control panel is working, can anybody help?
