I'm working with Charlotte Padmore (she does exist!), Nick Fox (Sales Director), and Andy in the tech team. He has issued me with a code change in the NoChexAPC handler - which unfortunately didn't make any difference.
He has now asked me to turn on debug mode and put a transaction through. I have just done that and sent him the resulting debug emails.
They are working on it. He's phoning right now in fact...
I will keep you posted, and NoChex are keen to issue a fix through this page also.
