Reward Points Module for ZC v13x

Sounds like something wrong with the mod Order Total- Have you run the RPD just to make sure everything is in the right place?

Not really sure if something is missing between this mod and 1.3.9b because when I am the payment page the rewards shows two lines for the reward points and actually subtracts it twice. However, if I refresh the screen (basically resubmitting) then one line is gone. Not really sure what's gone wrong but I'd like to know if anybody is successfully using this on 1.3.9b.

Hi, can anyone help with this problem? I have installed the lates version of the reward points mode but am getting the display like this -
1 PRODUCT_REWARD_POINT_TAG on product pages and this -

REWARD_POINT_PROMPT 1254
REWARD_POINT_VALUE_PROMPT 0% on account pages. Anywhere the reward points are to show it has the same result.

Make sure you upload the reward_points.php file from \includes\languages\english\extra_definitions\custom to your custom template. That's where all the definitions are...looks like you're missing that file on the server.

Andrew, I am using this on zen cart 1.3.9b and these 2 errors are in the log at the moment:

I tried to run rpd.php but it doesn't work, see 2 previous posts.

I hope it doesn't have anything to do with the update sql I ran (like I hopefully didn't create any duplicate of something). I am going to try to uninstall in reinstall.

On a quick view it looks like you've uploaded the zip file and renamed it to rpd.php

Hey guys I got a problem.

When I go to test my widget to see if it's working I get this.

Anybody know what is wrong? I just spent 90$ on advertising for the day and was really bummed out to find out I can't figure this out..

My reward points are correct throughout the order and even on the invoice. However, when I change the order status to delivered the incorrect reward points are rewarded. In this case the group discount is not being deducted for points being rewarded, strange as they are deducted in the rest of the order... Is this something that I will have to manually change or am I missing a setting somewhere??

I'm not sure if this has been covered but...

I noticed there is an issue with assigning Reward Points to an order that has already been discounted with previously earned reward points.

If I choose in the configuration to assign reward point to the sub total. Then a customer will earn points on the value of the order in the shopping cart 'before' it has been discounted using previously earned reward points.

To get around this, and only allocate points for actual cash spent on the goods, I need to configure the mod to assign points of the final total (including shipping).

Is there a way of getting a 3rd option - allocate reward points based on the sub total (not including shipping) but also taking into account discounts from previously earned reward points? e.g.

Goods Sub Total 100.00
Redeemed Reward Points 20.00
-----------------------------------------
Order Sub Total 80.00
Add Shipping 10.00
------------------------------------------
Grand Total 90.00

I don't really want to be giving customers reward points on shipping fees, or discounts they have already received through previously earned reward points.
