Hi all,

Apologies for the general nature of this question but I have not been involved with the particular store I am dealing with right from the start so I don't know all of the backstory - what may have been modified, etc. However, I am being asked if I can help with an issue so I thought I ought to put it out on the forum.

What are the most common reasons for orders not to show up in the admin area? New customers are being added, but their actual order details are not being recorded. The site is using a NoChex payment module and is running ZenCart 1.3.8a.
