glad you got sorted. mine is up and running again and havent changed any files, if i did it wouldnt work. It is nochex messing up somehow, it all started in march.

PS. I can confirm there are no issues with SagePay and Zen Cart. I've been using them on 2 websites since 2005 when they were Protx. They went through a bad patch when they had processing issues but their infrastructure has been upgraded and all seems fine now.
I only use Nochex on one site that is not for a VAT registered company and has no Merchants Account. Based on current support this last link with them may be short lived!
I just wanted to post an update as Nochex have now contacted me and all issues have been resolved. I was initially concerned that their support was going the way of PayPal's but this is not the case.
I am once again a happy Nochex customer!

Although not specifically related to this thread, a word of caution for anyone leaving Nochex. When you cancel your account, they retain a balance for 6 months in case you get any chargebacks during that time. After 6 months they will not contact you, you will need to contact them and they will only pay the balance into the original bank account linked with your account, or charge you £30 to send you a cheque. I managed to get them to add a new bank account in the same name as the old one and had the full balance released.

Nochex have now created a guide on how to install the Nochex Payments Module specifically for Zen Cart versions 1.3.7 to 1.3.9. It also includes all files needed for the installation.
If anyone is still experiencing problems there is a Troubleshooting section within the guide that can help answer any queries you may have.
Also at the payment page there is now a description field which shows the products your customer is buying. This was an addition to the nochex_apc.php file. So if you only want the description update download the whole package, go into the relevant version folder and find the file 'nochex_apc.php' and then copy it to your installation using FTP. (Always make a backup of all files before updating)
