You should check with your hosting company about this HTTP 500 Internal Server error.

Make sure you've uploaded ALL of the following files. and check the folder and file permissions.

admin/includes/boxes/extra_boxes/links_extras_dhtml.php
admin/includes/extra_datafiles/links_manager.php
admin/includes/functions/extra_functions/links_manager.php
