I'm having a similar problem with Yahoo & Microsoft submissions.
The errors I'm getting are:

Ping Yahoo!
http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExpl...temapindex.xml
cURL Error: Error http_code "403" reading "http://search.yahooapis.com/SiteExplorerService/V1/ping?sitemap=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tropicalsoul.com%2Fsitemapindex.xml"
And for Microsoft:

http://www.moreover.com/ping?u=http%...temapindex.xml
cURL Error: Error http_code "404" reading "http://www.moreover.com/ping?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.tropicalsoul.com%2Fsitemapindex.xml"

When I enter "www.moreover.com" into Chrome, it redirects to "http://w.moreover.com" which appears to be a commercial site called "Moreover Technologies". I don't know where the Moreover site came from, but it's obviously not correct. I also don't know how long it's been in my copy of SitemapXML V2.1, as I don't usually run it. My wife does after she's added new products. I do know where to change it in the Admin, I just don't know what it should read. I just found out about it yesterday when she asked me to run it while she was out on an errand.

They recently made a change to moreover. If you click on the link you just posted for moreover, it shows an error message that directs you to http://www.weblogs.com/api.html for more info. You'll have to manually update the link in Configuration > Sitemap XML > Ping urls with the change. I changed the link for moreover to this: http://rpc.weblogs.com/pingSiteForm?name=sitemap&url=%s

Not sure if that's right, but it didn't throw an error.

The yahoo problem has been discussed going way back in this thread. Dunno the answer, but if you find a fix, please post it.

I do not know why the zen-team put this module to the old module Google Sitemap. These are different modules.

You can uninstall old Google Sitemap module and use only SitemapXML.

is it working with zen 1.3.9d?

Might pay to check the urls generated by this mod to ensure they fit within the current (1.39e) scheme of things for canonical URL handling. Mine was a bit of a mess, so had to generate one by other means and edit out the duplicates.

why its got "?language=en" at the end there? is it ok?

and why its generates http://vodeoo.com/ ? not http://www.vodeoo.com/ is this any matter to google ?

got one more problem on stem 2 in zen admin, when try to ping servers

google and ask.com seems to be okay, but yahoo and microsoft got errors

i did add to robots.txt line : Sitemap: http://www.vodeoo.com/sitemapindex.xml

but still error

how to fix yahoo?
