Closelabel image don't show

I am a new zenner and have the folowing problem.
Did a upgrade from 1.3.8a to 1.3.9a.
I have Lightbox 1.5 installed and it works well, exept if my lightbox loads i do not see the loading and close labels. What did i do wrong. I have checked and compaired the 1.3.8 files with 1.3.9 and see no problems.

Just reloaded but still no closelabel.

I have done the following:

I first did a fresh install of 1.3.8a. Then i used Winmerge and copied the lightbox files over. It works perfect.
Then i did a fresh install of 1.3.9f used winmerge and copied the lightbox files over. Still i don't get the loading.gif and closelabel.gif images. I checked my properties and the path to the gif files are correct. But it also shows that no image is avalible.
Both 1.3.8a and 1.3.9f is installed on a localhost. It looks like a problem in 1.3.9f but i don't know what.
Any ideas welcome.
