Product Extra Fields for text, pdfs and flash

Did anyone ever find a solution to this problem? I have the same one. Can no longer edit products. I *think* the problem stems from installing the product extra fields mod into a subfolder of public_html. But I don't know what to change to fix it.

When I go to classes/object_info.php, lines 29 & 30 are comment lines......

I was also same as you, had the same problem. Using quilck update module,after of quicy Copy display this error.

Which version are you using? What quick update module? If you are using an add on besides this one for changing your products, then you have to merge the two. This would overwrite another mod most likely.

Quick Updates Modules,after quick copy products.open edit products page display this error.....

No which version of the product extra fields - You have to merge the files to get it to work with the quick update module. I know nothing about that.

Hi,

I'm using v1.3 with zencart 1.3.9d.

How do I make the pdf files open in a new browser window/tab please? (i.e. target=_blank)

open up modules/pages/main_template_vars_product_type.php

There are 4 lines for the pdfs/attachment files, lines 50 - 53.

after the <a place your html, ie:
<a target="_blank" href

I just installed this on version v1.3.9e. I uploaded the files, changed the permission, ran the sql and selected the appropriate template. When I add a new product the extra fields aren't listed for me to fill in. If I go into the database through myphpadmin I can add a pdf file that does appear on the product page. How do I enter the field information through the admin, not the database?

If you uploaded the files correctly to admin, you would see those fields on the page, so I suggest going folder by folder to make sure you have uploaded all files properly.

The customer I have isn't using this to display flash so I don't have a suggestion for you.
