Hi Ray,

Thanks! It confirms what I already feared: the DIR_WS_CATALOG is not included in the link to the picture.

As you already mentioned, this will not cause problems if the shop is in the webroot, but if it's in a folder under the webroot, it will cause the red crosses to appear.

A fix will be included in the next release of IM.
If any user cannot wait, I can publish the 4 lines of code for that fix.

Were the large images already there when you installed Image Manager?
Image Manager applies the watermark when it creates medium and large images from an already present (oversized) image. Or you can do it later by the link that shows. Is that link visible?

Yes, the large image folder already there before installing.
I putted watermark.png in same folder of product images.

Hi Hara,

Templates are only for the SHOP-part of Zen-Cart, and IM does nothing there. Same for Zen-Lightbox.

I may be wrong here, but I think the problem may be in what you expect IM to do for you. So I will start from there.

IM does not apply watermarks to the images when you display them in the shop, you have to apply the watermarks yourself from Image Manager first. There are two ways:

1. If you have uploaded an image, either from a product page, or with the IM-link to re-upload an image, or with the IM-link to upload an additional image. After uploading, only the small image exists. After that, you can create the medium and large image in IM, and during that process it will apply the watermarks.

2. If the lare image is already there, without watermark, you can, in IM, click the link 'Add watermark' which is beneath the large image details.

The 'Add watermark' link will only show up if all file sizes exist and are not too big.

If you select Attached files, and Without errors, do you see the 'Add watermark' link there?

Now, for some reason I do not satisfy with the image watermarked and I want to revise it back to original image without watermark, how to do/release it from IM?

The position of the watermark is hard coded at the bottom of the image. I can make this configurable. What choices/options would you like to have?

On resizing/watermarking an image, IM saves the old one with the extension '.bak'. There is no 'revert' button yet in IM, so if you want to roll back to the old image, you must do it by hand.
I hestitate to make a link in IM to do it for you, as I guess you will only need it in testing phase and will never use it once all is properly configured and tested out.

Furthermore, if you did not resize the original uploaded image to 'small' yet, but just copied it to large, you can delete the large image and copy it from small again. When you are satisfied with the medium/large images, that is the moment to shrink the small image.

How about the watermark position by setting with top, bottom, center and vertical? all with adjustable margin, if possible?

One more thing, I deleted watermarked medium and large images from IM, and copy again from small image(no watermark) to medium and large image, the watermarked images come back. I checked the original image on sever is not watermarked.
