I have been with Google products from day one. I have had over a dozen feeds that were problem free for many years. Suddenly and without any notice they disapproved all product feeds. It took two weeks to get a response to my enquiry. They told me they had determined that I was a drop shipper and did not own my inventory. Where did they get that from? Amazon maybe. I sent them a video of my warehouse and some documents. After a few more weeks they sent me an email saying they had determined that I was not a drop shipper. I put the feeds up again. After a few days all but one were disapproved again. After a few weeks I got an email stating that I had duplicate products on multiple websites. Which was true but it was less than a dozen products spread across a few websites. Why disapprove them all? I fixed that and was able to get a few feeds approved. Today Google disapproved all the feeds except one stating I had invalid media and book identifiers. I have had to lay off 36 employees because of Google's shenanigans. It seems that when a feed is disapproved you loose page ranking. I was number one now I am on the third page. Amazon has taken over my original position. Is this some sort of collusion between Google and Amazon? Just in time to knock out the competition before the Christmas season begins. What ever happened to the notion of communication? Why can't Google send an email stating the problem and giving a few weeks to comply? Is there an alternative to Google products? Are other people having the same problem? Is there a better way to communicate with Google other than the email form provided online?
