Newsletter Subscribe 2.2

I have just installed Newsletter Subscribe 2.2 and followed the install instructions, and although everything seems to be in admin, the newsletter subscribe box is not displaying on the sidebox, I have looked in admin-tools-layout box controler but there doesn't seem to be an option in there for it.

I went through all the folders again and found I had missed a couple of the "your_template" fixed that and it is now displaying on the site.

However now I have a new problem as the name of the sidebox is showing as "BOX_HEADING_SUBSCRIBE"

And above the box it says "BOX_SUBSCRIBE_DEFAULT", in the box where you add the email address it says "HEADER_SUBSCRIBE" and where the button should be it says "HEADER_SUBSCRIBE_BUTTON"

I have had a look at the subscribe.php file but can't find anything obvious that needs changing.

Slowly getting there, it's all looking right now, found a few more files that I needed to change the name of to reflect the template I am using.

Anyway I tested it out and the only small problem I have now (yes another) is that when you enter your email address you get an email from the site witth a title that says "EMAIL_SUBJECT" and the rest of the email says...

EMAIL_WELCOME

EMAIL_TEXTEMAIL_CONFIRMATION_TEXTEMAIL_CONTACTEMAIL_CLOSURE

EMAIL_DISCLAIMER_NEW_CUSTOMER

Also when you 1st register for the emails, you get sent to a screen that says...
