After reading through all the hoopla on how to merge Edit Orders with Super Orders, I finally took a stab at it. If you are interested in merging these two mods, then this post might be of interest to you:

v2.03 works brilliantly for handling the text option but it still has the same bugs when handling the file attribute, is there anyway it could be edited to include an upload file option similar to how the current front end attribute system works?
Not sure what you mean by an upload file option.
But, if you set up an attribute to have a download, and then you add a product with that attribute, it will attach the download.
If I remember right, this ONLY works when adding a product, not when changing an attribute....at least I think. It's been awhile since I worked on this! :)
I mean the file attribute available in the ZenCart core.
Allows customers to upload a file with their order.
I have TY package tracker installed on my site so whenever i go to ADMIN->CUSTOMERS->ORDERS it takes me to tracker.php instead of order.php. I know how to get to order.php manually, but even when clicking the 'edit' button on that page, I am redirected to tracker.php. Obviously a frustrating issue. Is there any way to manually get to the edit_orders.php file? and what variables do i need to pass?
