Checkout_Success Not Loading

I am having this issue on my second store. I have not had any issues with my first store and it has been up for a year now.

With this site http://www.bluemountaincomputerservices.com/shop, which is not live right now, I am having the issue. At first I had the site set up with /store and had products and made customizations, but when I ran into this problem, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, even using FTP to delete the remaining files. Now I even tried a new install to /shop and did not make any customizations to make sure it works.

Both shops are with the same host, Godaddy. I do not know why this is happening. Any ideas?

What is happening exactly? does the page load? blank page?

It is giving a blank page for "checkout_Process page". The url has all of the transaction info in it, but will not get to the Checkuout_success page and the order will not go through.

Alright, go to that link I posted it points to a debug utlility you can download and use, follow everything exactly mentioned and come back and post the error that you received

No log file was created, but the paypal log is attached.

Seems to be an issue with godaddy. I found this thread by searching with the error code:

I hope it may help others as well. It was so confusing! Now I have work to do since I already deleted the site that was near complete! Thanks for the help!

i'm suddenly having this problem. i've only changed the contents of one file today (/includes/languages/english.php). i have also been changing all the file permissions in my site getting ready to go live.

it's happening on my main page and my check out success page.

i don't really know what this means or understand why these files would now be having problems. i've processed a bunch of test orders today with no problem.

in trying to decipher this, it seems like all the referenced files are still out on my live server. since /html_includes/ is one of the directories i changed permissions on, maybe it will work if i set it back?

it was a permissions thing! i had the directory permission set to 644 instead of 755. whew.
