See my response I posted regarding this issue... Please bear with me.. I've been terribly busy, and haven't had time to finish vetting everything out with the release.. Hope to have this ready to submit this weekend..

I don't know if that was already answered... couldn't find it here. I just installed the version 3.0 on zencart 1.3.9h. the only error left (well not a real error...) the customers don't get the tracking ID with the email... i thought they do get it - at least in previous versions... (i have 2.2c on my other site)
is there a way to add that info to the mail that is sent to the customer?

These sent Order Update mails won't carry tracking information anymore after I upgrade to v3. Do I still miss something?

What would make more sense

SInce I am using zen 1.3.8 something and not 1.3.9

Should I wait for you to get a chance to add this feature back in
to 3.0

or should I uninstall 3.0 and install 2.3

Hi. After installing v3.0 in zen 1.39h I have a problem when updating an order. When I add a comment or change status - click update, I just get a blank screen and no updated info. Im pretty sure all the files were uploaded correctly.

Any ideas?

I installed the Ty Tracker and enabled the sidebox. I love havign previous orders at their disposal with a single click in a sidebox.

1. For some reason everything seems to be workign ok except that the tracking link is not appearing for the end user when they click on the order number in the previous orders sidebox.

2. I am using Stamps.com and the stamps.com software automatically adds the tracking number to the orders database and it displays but with no link - is there a way that the Ty Tracker can simply use that field to create the url link for tracking? This way you don't have to manually go in to each order and add the tracking number to the order.

3. When I uploaded the files for the install my Edit Order 3.0 disappeared. According to the readme I surmised you didn't haev to do anythign if Edit Orders was already installed? I imagine the orders.php overwrote any changes to the orders.php that Edit Orders had made.

See corrected orders.php attached.. this should correct the issue.

It's open source software and I'm sure this customization is possible.. However, I can't offer any assistance in this regard.. You may want to look into hiring a developer to create this custom code for you.

You'll need to merge the two different orders.php files so that the code required by BOTH mods is in place..
