Agreeing to Terms of Service

Per a court ruling today regarding ############, it's sounding like we should have customers agree to a Terms of Service by selecting a checkbox when placing an order or creating an account. Simply having a link on the website is not good enough. Is there any mods out there for doing this currently?

go to:
configuration => Regulations and set Confirm Terms and Conditions During Checkout Procedure to true

Ah makes sense. Probably wasn't on for me since I upgraded, but will take a look at that section again.
