Unmodified store not displaying on cellphone - blank page

Hi

I am trying to figure out what could be going on with a fresh, unmodified zen cart 1.5.5d installation. I have it installed on a sub-domain.

Someone is telling me it won't display on their smartphone. It displays on my cell. I have asked 4 other people to try and they can view it on their cells. I am waiting to hear back from the first person to see what cell phone and browser they are using. I may not hear back until sometime tomorrow. In the meantime this mobile site emulator does not load the site either but will load other sites.

I switched template from responsive classic to classic. No change.
I disabled zen carts index.php and added my own index page with some text and that will display on the mobile emulator.

Any thoughts on what could be going on?

Loaded in a flash and displays fine on my Galaxy S6, although can't test the responsive template bc you enabled the good ole classic template.

Responsive loads fine on my phone but will not display in that emulator.

You may want to try a different site which tests for mobile compatibility, eg on Google

Reason it seems that emulator is not working is because of some additional features implemented in ZC 1.5.5 that prevent pages from maliciously being displayed (possibly spoofing the site) using an iframe.

Thanks folks for checking on your cells for me. I finally heard back and the person is now seeing the site load on their phone which is Samsung Note 3 using Chrome. It had me stumped but must have been an issue with their phone or service. I'm not concerned about the mobile emulator site. Since I wasn't able to duplicate the problem on my end I was stretching that maybe there was something in common between the emulator and the problem cell phone.
