Does Above The Fold Really Matter?

I wasn't sure where to post this, but I hope this is a good spot.

I was thinking about switching the content with the price on this and all product pages. If possible, the content would be to the right of the image and then under that would be the price/quantity box/add to bag, and any reviews there might be.

The reason for the contemplated switch is to bring the content above the fold.

I'm concerned that the price and Free Shipping will then be much too low on the page.

I'd appreciate any comments/feedback on the proposed change. Also, what exactly would I have to do to make those changes?

I wouldn't need to read the fancy literature describing a perfume scent and I am too lazy to scroll down. If I were looking to purchase Elizabeth Arden RED DOOR I would foremostly be interested by its price and would expect it to be above the fold.

Your line spacing and font size in the description section are slightly difficult to read.
