I don't think such module is available, but surely you be able to restrict the delivery by postcode / zip code

The largest US zip code covers 10,000 square miles. That will wear out a delivery vehicle real quick.

In Texas, you can have nearly 120,000 people in a zip (Houston). And that zip alone covers nearly 40 square miles.
