Sub Categories Not Showing on Main Page and Shopping Cart Contents Blank

Hello, I've been searching all day for a solution and not found anything that has worked. Please can somebody help?

Firstly my subcategories are not showing on the main page when you click on the main category, I have Product Listing> Show SubCategories on Main Page while navigating set to 1

Secondly, when anything is added to cart, it takes you to the 'Your Shopping Cart Contents' page and it is blank and not showing as it should.

I have tried with classic and responsive templates and all the same, no sub categories showing and a blank shopping cart contents page

Thank you, I read it and tried the code it suggested and no change, it's the sub categories not showing on the main page when you click the main category and also a blank page where it should show shopping cart contents

I'm not familiar with the implementation of the fix for categories showing on the main page.

For the blank shopping cart page, it appears that the page has only partially loaded (no footer) and I would expect there to be a corresponding entry in the /logs folder (plenty of knowledgeable people here that can anaylse those for you). FYI the category pages (such as https://www.lucinerune.co.uk/shop/in...=index&cPath=1) also only partially load. Thank you! Oh gosh, yes I see, the footer is missing on that page so another issue :/ With all the time it took to search for a fix with no luck yesterday i could of re installed a new store, I'm thinking that might be the way to go, start over and use a simple responsive template perhaps.
