    help question Authorize.net SIM not putting order in store admin after completed

    Authorized.net SIM is not sending the information about the transaction being paid so the shopping cart never gets the order and nothing happens. The only place the order is is on the authorize.net site without the items listed even though the items show up in the receipt.

    So you can now pay for an item but never get it because the owner can not tell what you ordered till the end of the day.

    This is unacceptable needs to be fixed ASAP.

    The symptoms you describe are very common when you have customizations or plugins on your site that interfere with normal checkout operation.

    So is failing to upgrade your 2011 version 1.5.0 code to the latest. If you want bugfixes you need to upgrade to get them.

    I don't have plugins or addons. Only a responsive design
