Can I remove the "contact us" text when in showcase mode?

I have been working on a new site at www.tourgolfcanada.com
The site is currently in showcase mode
We don't want prices showing until we're ready to start selling but I can't seem to get rid of the "Contact Us" in the price column
Is there a global way of turning that off in a way that we can toggle the "switch" when we're ready to show the prices by simply taking the site out of showcase mode and not have to do anything else?

Remember to leave the '' between the wording when you replace Contact US

1. always save to your override folder
2. here is the correct change below to eliminate the Contact Us
2. define('TEXT_SHOWCASE_ONLY','');

But is there no way to turn it off as an option? It now still shows a little square box where the text used to be.

Why not change the text to say "Coming Soon"?
It'll go away when you switch off Showcase mode.

Other approaches will require custom coding to alter the pricing infrastructure to behave differently.
