Hi Torvista,

Installed this plugin, was easy to do and works great! Thanks for your work and giving this to all of us.

One question I could not seem to find the answer to was when I run a test the output shows a few things that I'd like to change but don't know where to do this. As an example in the Output in Google's Structured Data Testing Tool, it shows:

itemOffered
@type Thing
name **This is including the right product name***

How do I change it from Thing to Product?

I think this is the Google tool assuming/inserting "Thing" when something is not quite right, but am not sure. It is certainly not in the code.
I don't have the right frame of mind to look at it at the moment, but post a link to a page that creates the code you are testing anyway, so someone can look at it when convenient.

I hope that this helps to decipher why this is happening and if/how to change this.

Shows as product when I look at page source

Thanks Lankeeyankee for your reply. When I put this URL into Google Structured Data Tool that is when I get the "Thing" instead of product. If I'm right in my understanding of Google's Structured Data usage, it thinks it is a Thing rather than product.....hence why I'd like to see if I can change this.

Any idea's or is my understanding of Google's Structured Data not quite accurate?

Ok, I got some things fixed by adding the optional breadcrumbs for rich snippets. Now under google structered testing tool, my product shows twice. Once with no errors, the with 16 errors. So what did I do or what should I do now?

Hi,
since no-one else reports the issues you are having/has found the need to change the code, I assume you have something different from usual in place on your site.
I suggest you use the version from my Github then post back with your results.
