Correct Copyright Notice for Mixed Artwork ?

The look of the web site that I created is pretty customized.

However, for lack of time and other resources, I kept some of Zen Cart's original buttons and graphics.

For marketing purposes I of course intend to replace them ASAP with own distinctive graphics. But until I do so, I would like to make sure that the copyright notice at the bottom of each page is correct, fair and legal.

Currently it carries my company's copyright notice, then the (hot linked) acknowledgment "Powered by Zen Cart":

Is this OK? or should I add Zen Cart's copyright notice as well?

If the latter, what is the proper phrasing Zen Cart's copyright notice?

Kim, thanks again. I would like to implement what you suggested but I can't seem to find where to do that (yes, I used the Developers Tool Kit in the admin console to search for keywords, as well as using 'grep' at the Linux command line prompt - to no avail).

Being busy with so many other things, I finally found some time to research this and I found the answer in the "Steps & General Customization Issues" forum.
