Bing data feed

Has anyone taken a look at the Bing cash back data feed requirements? I've attached the pdf I got from them (It's too big to attach). I'd like to try this with one of my sites.

Re: Bing data feed

I was contacted by someone who can build a system to upload to Bing. Is anyone else interested?

Re: Bing data feed

If the user who contacted me via PM originally wants to post back here again, there does seem to be some interest.

Re: Bing data feed

I was contact as well however i think his quote is outside of our budget at this time. I am bit weary about people who contact outside of the forum asking for money to implement any module. I am not saying he is going to cheat anyone. I am just saying be careful.

Re: Bing data feed

That's too bad, and strange, that the person contacting us via PM won't post here publicly. I understand the need to make money but there's got to be a way to get this done so everybody comes out ahead.

I agree with you on that. Anyone else working on this module?

They cannot respond publicly unless they were doing it for free.

The datafeed is the easy part.... grabbing the token at entrance and handing it back at checkout is the hard part.... imho

There are others on this board who offer mods for sale through their own websites. This could/would be no different. I'll leave it to the person who PM'd me. If they want to speak up or not, that's their decision.

I'd like to see someone address this. I just don't have the skills to do it.

For the programmers amongst us, this might be a good start:

I think Google Checkout code is similiar to this... I see where you are going.... If someone could give some hint to what we would need to do to be able to capture the token brought when a click thru from Bing Shopping occurs and I guess place in the sessions table or customer table? That would be great....
