SHIPPING OPTIONS NOT SHOWING UP in SHIPPING ESTIMATOR

Hi please help. I recently installed the TABLE RATE CLONE. (x3) for shipping. It worked great for a while and then all of a sudden it stopped showing up in the Shipping Estimator. I tried deleting and reloading the php files, but no luck. Now only free shipping will show up. I;m running 3.9h on Linux Plesk server. My skill level is very low.

When you go to the Admin and the Modules ... Shipping ... do you see all of the Shipping Modules?

Do you have any Sort Orders set? If so, are they all unique?

Do you see any debug logs in the /cache directory?

What Zones do you have set on the Shipping modules? Do you have the DEFINES for these Zone Definitions setup completely?

A. I'm only using table rate shipping. They are the only ones active (green). Would the zones settings still effect this?

The /cache directory on your server is at the same level as the /images and /your_secret_admin ...

If you have green dots then you have no Zones set on the shipping modules ... are you using the 3 tables to show at the same time for all customers or for different customers depending on their address?

When you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on the Shipping Zones that you are using, what settings do you see on the right panel for each of these?

A: All green dots. When it was working I was using 4 Table Rate Clones at the same time. Just with different titles. No zones. Now they won't show up even when only one is on or even the standard table rate option.

Q:When you go to the Modules ... Shipping ... and click on the Shipping Zones that you are using, what settings do you see on the right panel for each of these?

A: It says Shipping Zone: None. There is an option for Forida, but this has not been selected.

and do the dates on the files relate to when you try to go to either Shipping Estimator or the Checkout Shipping page?

When you go to the Checkout Shipping page do you get errors?

Do your Products all have weight?

In the Configuration ... Shipping/Packaging ... what setting do you have on:

Order Free Shipping 0 Weight Status
If there is no weight to the order, does the order have Free Shipping?
0= no
1= yes

Note: When using Free Shipping, Enable the Free Shipping Module this will only show when shipping is free.

Also, why are you using the two Table Rate shipping modules if they are both setup the same?

A: When I had it working I actually had 4 table rates operating. There are no local South African shipping modules available, so I was using 4 different table rates for different regions and time frames in South Africa. The ones I'm showing you have not been customized, but they still aren't showing up.

I have reinstalled, copied the settings and the removed all of my shipping modules. All but two have been removed. The removed ones have (REMOVED - RED) and the active ones (ACTIVE - GREEN). Hope this helps.

Try this ... click on each of the shipping modules and if you have it off or are not using it and see the REMOVE button, click that so it is not even installed ...

Only have the shipping modules installed that you are actually testing ...

If you are using a Sort order on any of the installed modules you are testing, make sure that you are using a Sort Order on ALL of the shipping modules that are installed ...

The modules I'm not using have already been uninstalled via the remove button.

I reset all the sort orders of active and uninstalled modules. No conflicts or duplications.

Still no luck. None of the shipping modules are showing up in the estimator.

My skill level is low, but I'm beginning to think some key file controlling shipping must be corrupted. Does that make sense? Because it was working and then all of a sudden it stopped.

Any ideas?

If a Shipping Module is NOT installed then there isn't an EDIT button to set the Sort Order ...

How are you setting Sort Orders or even seeing the settings for Shipping Modules that are not installed? :unsure:

I'm installing the modules. Setting the sort order. And then removing them. I did this in case there was some setting that was throwing things even though they were uninstalled. I did this install/remove trick when I got all the info on each module (installed and not installed). Now there are only 2 table rate options installed. But even if I remove one, nothing shows up in the estimator.

Okay ... next, go to the directory:
/cache

and delete all of the debug logs that end in .log ... be sure to refresh the directory to make sure all are gone ...

Next, go to the Shipping Estimator and see what is there ... then, refresh the /cache and see if there are new debug logs and what they say ...

Deleted logs. Modules still not showing up in estimator. Went back to cache directory. No error logs.

Do you think doing a complete reload might be a good idea? Delete the site and the database and start again with a fresh install?

Do a REMOVE on all shipping modules so that all the dots are red ...

Then, go to phpMyAdmin and run the SQL statement:
