[Done] admin_html_head_index.php, admin_html_head calls nonexistent javascript

Chrome, IE8 (using XP) and Opera swallow it, but FF chokes and does not load the page post login.
Note also IE8 display of each widget is full width. I know IE8 is off the map but its latest available for XP users.
