Criminal activity by storeowner using Zen Cart?

Hey all,
Sorry about this post but i don’t know where else to ask this question.
I recently paid for an item on a website:
https://www.rvzsoutlet.top.
The transaction went smoothly enough and once completed, i received an email receipt saying that my payment had been accepted and was processed using zen cart.
Two montha have gone by and i haven’t received my item (it was a boat part).
Dozens of un-answered emails to the “contact us” address later, and i suspect i’ve been duped.
The website has no other means of contact other than through their email address.
I checked the domain’s whois information and it’s hidden.
My question is, since the site uses zen cart for processing payments, you kust have some contact information for them.
I understand zen cart isn’t liable for this theft, but it surely must violate your terms of service, no?
Is there any way i could get contact info for this zen cart user from your company?

Sorry your transaction didn't go as it should have.

Zen cart provides the shopping cart software that the website is built on. It is free, anyone can download and use it. They don't need to sign up to download it, so I doubt that anyone here (I think zencart is entirely run by volunteers) will know anything about that particular site.

Zencart doesn't process the credit card payment - the store applies to a bank etc to have that done.

I suggest that you contact your credit card company and dispute the transaction.
