Suggest demo images are not part of fileset

Could they not be in the installer files, and only get copied over when the demo install is chosen?

We've tried to avoid doing any scripted file-copying in the installer in order to avoid complications related to file permissions.

But in some respects those issues are a little less complicated in recent years, so it may be worth revisiting.
