Best Value API Payment Provider for UK

Who is the best payment provider to use in the UK for a professional look. Using one page checkout and want to put the card form on there and boom - were done.

Avoiding the 3 pages then to some weird-arse bank and then back again, by that time the user has aged four years if he even survives the journey.

I have found a number of "good" providers but there are no plugins or at best they are 6 years old and dont work, beginning to doubt ZC is the way forward these days.

Sagepay or worldpay or Square? have you had a look at those?

Thanks for the reply, I have a merchant account so decided to use Sagepay gateway, the others are too expensive to realistically consider as viable options.

Only slight worry is that Sagepay apparently is the old Protx which was pretty poor 15 years ago when I used them last. From my due diligence they look more reliable now though, Ill update if they still suck.

Yeh they still SUCK BALLS, I would steer clear of Opayo as they are now. Guess they had to keep changing their name to shake off the bad reputation along with it, but it keeps catching up with them.

Using CEON direct link, think multiple payments from customers, if you're lucky an order is placed, it really is a shambles. Sadly, back to the drawing board.
