EZ Pages Schema Markup addition

Hi Guys,

I am trying to implement adding certain schema markup for EZ pages to go inside the <head></head> section. I am wondering if there is a best method to achieve this for a certain EZ page.

I was maybe thinking of adding the schema to the /modules/pages (don't know where exactly) e.g schema_ezpage3.php

This will then be loaded by some PHP in the html_header.php that says basically

  • if the file exists for the EZ page that is accessed then load it

Any help would be appreciated!

Re: EZ Pages Schema Markup addition

Well, a "best" method may depend on the type of information to be added or rather the method of adding. If it is a javascript like file there are basically at least two methods/locations. If it is just php code could add an additional file to the appropriate includes/modules/pages folder or perhaps use an observer to monitor the "code" to then incorporate your additional information, etc...

Basically, ezpages fall under the includes/modules/pages/page folder with an appropriate designator for each ez_page. The designator value can be seen on the left side of the list of ezpages when viewed in the admin.
