Add ability to have payment type QR code that can link to a QR picture

1.5.7c

Add ability to have payment type QR code that can link to a QR picture and show up on site to be paid through QR.... maybe there could be multiple for multiple different vendors?

BTW .... PayPal sent out an email to some people offering $50 to create a QR code if you get a $5 payment from the QR code. There is a select group of people I would love to put $5 so they could get the $50.... if you guys pm me your PayPal QR code or post it in this post if ZC doesn't mind I will see that you get $5 from your QR code so that PayPal pays you the $50 plus my $5.

Here is my list (SEND ME A PM) .... forgive me if your not on it and have been helpful to me.... I looked for the most active coders and issue helpers (for my issues) who keep the mods and ZC going.
