Admin HTML newline "fix" for email notifications to admins

This is just a minor code change to make it so that HTML messages sent by the admin system actually incorporate <br> in place of newlines. Currently the messages would just appear as a large run-on paragraph instead of inserting the <br> that I guess would be intended.

In my infinite wisdom (or lack thereof), I didn't realize that this change needed to be made three times. Once when a module is installed, uninstalled, and changed.
