Reply with Quote issue

...

i am using chrome Version 96.0.4664.45 (Official Build) (64-bit). when i try to hit reply with quote, i get a small spinning javascript image and the reply window does not open. the attached file contains the error listed in the console. this same problem does not occur with firefox. this occurs in all forums on the board, not just the hack forum. i can hit straight reply and that works fine. but hitting reply with quote fails.

thoughts?

error message in console:
