Plugins Page >> Template Packages - Responsive Design listing problems

I noticed a problem with the listing on the Plugins >> Template Packages - Responsive Design page. The listing on the Plugins pages indicates that there are 23 addons in this category, but only 22 are listed on the Template Packages - Responsive Design page. This page indicates there is a second page, but when I click to go to the second page I get "There are no addons in this category."

I encountered this problem when I was browsing to get to the ZCA Bootstrap Template to review its history. This template is not listed on the page even though I can access its page via a direct URL. I believe that it should be listed first since it was updated more recently than the addon listed first.

A similar situation may exist in other categories. The Plugins page indicates 5 addons for Privacy and Condition Statements but only 4 are listed; 42 addons for Zones but only 40 are listed. (I didn't check all categories.)
