Safe to remove left over file?

Localhost dev environment, ZC 2.0.1, PHP 8.3.27

I just finished updating from ZC 2.0.0 to ZC 2.0.1 and noticed that of the deleted files, there was a square_admin_notification.php file still left in the /includes/modules/payment/square_support directory.

I wanted to know if it was safe to delete this file? Not sure if I missed the "delete this file" instruction or if this file was still being used by the Square WebPay app now.

Re: Safe to remove left over file?

Any file that's in the 2.0.1 download should not be deleted from your installation.

Any file that's not in the 2.0.1 may be deleted from your installation if it's not needed by any of your customizations.

Re: Safe to remove left over file?

As to Square WebPay, I believe the latest version of that module will also include that (same) square_admin_notification.php file.
