Slight update to this, right now there is a federal court order placing a temporary hold on the requirements to file a BOI report. However, FinCEN will still accept voluntary reports while the court order is argued.

Further update to this, the deadline and requirement to file a BOI report has now been suspended:

The US Treasury Department has remarked they will not enforce fines and fees for those that have not filed a report. Nor will they require US Citizens to file one.
