USPS Disabling Older Modules

Despite averaging over $8k per month in USPS shipping, one customer has had their shipping suspended for not upgrading to RESTful.

Although the USPS RESTful mods states it supports 1.5.5 to 2.1.0 in the body of the plugin, there appears to be a requirement for file manipulation in order to make it work for 1.5.7. which states to move the admin and catalog/includes out of the Plugin to the cart.

That was successful and they are back up.

Luckily customers complained that they could not select shipping.

Had it not been for turning on the USPS debug, they never would have known a solution.:censored:

you do realize there are two versions of the plugin... EPS version(for the plugins manager) and the non-EPS version for carts older than 1.5.8 installed the old way

if you download from the forum, the released version, you get both in the fileset.
if you download from the github, you have to pick which one to download.

Don't know where they downloaded from, but the zip (stated 1.4.0) had only the zc_plugins.

No problemo there. Just did what was in the .html.

What :censored: me off was that USPS would just arbitrarily turn off someone who paid them over 8 grand last month.
