Retrieving DIR_FS_ADMIN from extras?

Is there a way to access the DIR_FS_ADMIN constant when working from the /extras directory? The idea I had was to create an uninstall script that would try to delete from the admin and normal catalog directories.

The DIR_FS_ADMIN constant is set in the admin's /includes/application_bootstrap.php. Your best bet is to create an /admin/uninstall_something.php script that does the deletions, since the admin-side has access to both admin and catalog files.
