another upgrade issue (not seeing upload button)

Upgrade issue from 2.1.0 to 2.2.1

I did an upgrade on my local site which is the same thing on the live server with no problems.

When I try and do the upgrade on my live server there is no upgrade button. I know the connection to the database is working and the dB prefix is fine.
What would cause this issue. If someone could lead me in the right direction i would appreciate it.

I never had this issue before and I have done a lot of upgrades in the past. Is there something i am missing

I figured it out. The customer had Sucuri security which was collecting cache.
Once i cleared out there system it worked. Little things that can drive you crazy.

Great job on the update guys very little issue which makes things a lot easier
