Is there another way to get ship shipping qoutes on my site other than the UPSrestful app ?

Is there another way to get ship shipping quotes on my site other than the UPSrestful plugin ? I keep getting the " There is a non-technical issue with your request, in order to resolve it you will need to complete and submit the requested information." I follow the directions and email them with a screenshot and its been basically months. When i go to make the app there is no ( Client ID and Client Secret) and it just defaults to that error. UPS support is basically non existent. I have a pirateship account too , that i can ship ups parcels. I am wondering if there is a plugin for that or some other way to get UPS for my store.

I'll tell you what I have been telling people for a long time. Take the time, put in the work & create a table, flat or free shipping program within your Zen Cart. Yes, it's hard; yes, you have to make changes for rates occasionally.... BUT you will never be unable to process an order because some connected API is struggling or not responding. USPS is famous for letting us down with their API during the holiday crunch.

And make sure that if you are using Store Pickup, you set the ZIP codes to match your area. The latest USPS drop cost one of my customers because their Store Pickup was enabled with no ZIP code assigned.
