Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Hi all!

How do I make it so the login box is at the top and the new customer create account form is below it, I think its called Vertical mode?
At the mo I've got 2 boxes side by side, one saying new customer click here and other saying login here.

Any help is much appreciated!

Are you using a purchased template?

What mods do you have installed?

A link to your site?

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

It's in vertical mode for me. Try clearing your browser cache and check again.

Strange, cleared it in both Firefox and IE and it still looks the same.

Can you just confirm that it looks like the one below?

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Actually it shows the split-login when going through checkout. It shows vertical mode when the log-in link is clicked in the header. I was only checking the log-in link before.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

What happens when you change the setting to True? Any difference? Or try changing it to True and then False again.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Well isn't that strange! How come it doesn't view the same when you go to it in a different way?

I set it to True and went to the login both ways and they were both side by side, I've not set it to False and both are still side by side.

Any ideas? (Thanks for your time!)

Maybe compare the relevant files against a fresh copy of Zen Cart to check for differences, as this shouldn’t happen with a default version.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Yes it does have PayPal Express, although I did do the same modifications on a different website with PayPal, although thinking about it am not sure if it was PayPal Express.

Is this the problem?

Is there a way to keep PayPal Express on but still have stacked?

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

I believe that you have to turn PP E off to have what you wanted (by default)
Lets just try to turn it off, then with the correct setting then check if it displays the way you want. Then we will try to get around this PP E problem somehow.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Thank you both for the support, it is very much appreciated!

I will email my client and ask them for their API Signature -- Password because I don't want to turn it off and not be able to turn it back on!

I will post once I get a reply with it.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

you can just disable it (not uninstall). The password and api sig should stay there. You can backup db first to make sure though.

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

Your a star! I need some sleep!

It did work and they were stacked once it was turned off. Now the big question, is there a work around for it?

Re: Vertical mode for Login? HELP how do I do it?

I believe in the file tpl_login_default.php there is a switch for that (you will easily see it when you check that file). Now just mess with it a bit, and figure out where will you place the PP E with this new layout.
