Footer Banner refuses to Show

Hello,
What else can I do in order to show wide-banner in the footer position 3, I did this:

Configuration/Layout Settings :

Banner Display Groups - Footer Position 3 = Wide-Banners

Tools/Banner Manager:

All are Green.

And still the footer banner does not shows

Which banner do you have activated? Exactly what are your settings in both the Banner Manager and Layout Settings?

wide-banners does not equate to Wide-Banners ... these are case sensitive names ...

Make sure that there is a Green icon on the Banners set for that Banner Group ...

Can you also switch to Classic Template to test if this is a template issue? :unsure:

but still can not fix it
in Tools-Layout boxes contr.I can see only sideboxes (I can turn them ON-OFF),
maybe I need to activ.my footer box somewhere?

NOTE: reading both of the URL and the HTML ... what do you think you want the Banner to be doing?

I've tried HTML only,
and then URL only, but with URL only system denied to update (error was shown)
so now HTML only
(all my sidebox banners with HTML and URL)

This looks like you are trying to put the banner code in the banner URL and the HTML ...

As a test ... clear both fields and in the URL add:
http://www.zen-cart.com

And add an image for the banner if you have not already done so ...

if URL only (does not matter which one) with no HTML then I can not to update it (see error below)

you probably was right, problem with templates
