When a customer pays with PayPal (standard or express), they get the following message:

When you contacted PayPal about the message that PayPal is displaying on the PayPal pages, what did PayPal say?

I am using Zen Cart 1.3.9h. I believe it started today because I started receiving error notification e-mails today. I have not gotten a reply back from PayPal, but will update you once I do. I use the following modules:
