I have activated my Paypal Express pay in the admin section and while doing a trial purchase I did notice that it states: Pay with Paypal, and then takes you to the Paypal log in paid just as a normal paypal setup would. This is definately not the express pay method.
Is there anything that I haven't done right in order to get it to just let the customer plug in their credit card info without setting up the the paypal account?

If you have a PayPal account - and therefore a PayPal cookie on your computer - it looks like a regular PayPal login
